I had suffered with varicose veins in both legs for over 20 years. My legs would constantly ache and throb and the large raised veins would become hot and itch. The veins were also very unsightly and I would wear trousers all of the time. I was very concerned that the veins were getting worse and decided that I had to have them treated. I contacted my local hospital to see what sort of treatment they could offer and I was put in touch with Mr Gajraj. Following a consultation, it was decided that the best course of treatment would be Bilateral Endo-Venous Laser, followed by Foam Sclerotherapy and Micro-Phlebectomy. My treatment was carried out in September and Mr Gajraj and his team looked after me very well. I am delighted with the results and I have been advised that I can expect further improvements over the next 6-12 months. I would recommend Mr Gajraj to anyone with a similar problem.

I had Varicose vein treatment under Mr. Gadraj's care in August and September 2012. In both cases my treatment was quick and relatively painless. From my first meeting with Mr. Gadraj to my final check up with him, I have found him to be thoroughly professional. He completely put me at ease. He always explained procedures clearly and took the time to draw diagrams also. He asked me clearly if I had any questions or concerns and showed willingness to listen at all times. During the treatment itself Mr. Gajraj chatted to me constantly, not only about the procedure, but about general everyday things too which was a very nice touch and helped take my mind off what was happening. I found the treatments and scans very interesting as Mr. Gadraj involved me very much in what he was doing and pointed things out to me and explained them. Prior to treatment, my Varicose veins in both legs were ugly and painful. My recovery was fast and the results so far are highly successful and Mr. Gadraj has assured me that there will be further improvements to follow. This Doctor is not only extremely good at what he does, he's also a gentleman and it has been a pleasure to have met him and his team of nurses.

Just had my final check up after having a very ugly varicose vein removed from my right calf in September 2011. I had, for many years, not had the confidence to wear a dress. I'm so glad that I finally plucked up the courage to visit Dr Gajraj. From my initial consultation I was quickly put at ease with Dr Gajraj' friendly & professional manner. I booked in for a foam sclerotherapy & micro-phlebectomy procedure as recommended. The procedure was carried out a month later & was completely painless. Throughout the procedure the doctor & the nurse put me at complete ease & my nerves quickly vanished. I have since attended regular check ups & again received excellent care. As for my leg.........well, I have just had the first summer where I have had my legs out for the world to see. I am delighted with the results & my husband is over the moon to have a happy & confident wife, with a wardrobe full of new dresses! I have recently been treated by Dr Gajraj for a large and unsightly varicose vein in my right leg. Of particular concern to me was that my ankle was also swelling significantly on a daily basis. The treatment in terms of courtesy, explanation, care and outcome has in my view been exceptional. Dr Gajraj took great care to explain the treatment in some detail prior to undertaking the procedure. The treatment itself was performed in a very calm and re-assuring way and great care was taken to ensure I was kept comfortable and informed of progress. I anticipated far more pain both during and after the treatment but in fact found the pain and discomfort to be minimal. Although pain thresholds differ between individuals, I have no doubt that Dr Gajraj's skill and expertise contributed to this. Finally, in terms of outcome, I am absolutely delighted with the results. The varicose vein in my leg has all but disappeared and there is no longer swelling in my ankle at the end of each day. I did not expect such an excellent result and would have been very happy if the outcome had been 70% of what has been achieved. I would recommend Dr Gajraj to anyone with a similar problem.
